01 / ABOUT THE PLACE

About this place

When you’re looking for another stop late at night in Akabane, or want to sing and raise a glass with friends, Karaoke Bar BI is open from 22 at night until 9 the following morning. Its late hours make it a convenient place to settle in after missing the last train or as a late-night gathering continues.

The standard plan is a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option served by pitcher, with highballs, lemon sours, tea-based drinks such as oolong, green and jasmine tea, and soft drinks. For regulars, another option pairs a bottle with a 2-hour all-you-can-drink plan; bottles can be kept for 2 months. The selection includes shochu such as Kinmiya, Jinro, Kuro Kirishima, Daiyame and Kichijo, as well as whiskies including Black Nikka and Suntory Kakubin, to enjoy mixed to your liking.

For a livelier round, there are shots such as Cuervo and añejo tequila, Coca Bombs and Kleiner, as well as sets that let you order several drinks together. The champagne selection ranges from Café de Paris to Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot and the bar’s original champagne, with bottles for celebrations and special occasions.

Alongside karaoke, there are occasions to sing with live acoustic-guitar accompaniment. The relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to strike up a conversation with the staff or other guests.
